Recording Treatments on Individual Animals
Pull up the animal, go to the Treatments tab, and click Add Treatment. Enter the date, medication, dosage, withdrawal date, booster date, and comments. Save and the treatment is permanently attached to that animal's health history.
Processing a Whole Group: Workings
A Working is Cattle360's version of a chute-side processing session. Define what needs to be done, pull in the animals, and work through them one at a time. Every treatment you mark as complete automatically creates a treatment record on that animal's profile.
Workings support five task types: Treatment, Castration, Brand, De-horn, and Note. For treatment tasks, set default parameters like medication and dosage so you're not typing them for every animal.
Withdrawal Dates
When you record a treatment, the Withdraw Date field lets you set the date the animal clears. Before you load a truck, check the animal's treatment records. If the withdrawal date hasn't passed, that animal stays home.
Booster Dates
Set the Booster Date when recording the initial treatment to flag when the follow-up is due. Plan your next working around booster schedules to process them all at once.

- Record treatments immediately — do it chute-side on your phone.
- Include the route of administration in comments.
- Always set withdrawal dates on market animals.
- Use Workings for any group of 5 or more animals.
